GÖZDE GÜNDÜZLÜ

Actress and media personality Gözde Gündüzlü continues to inspire with her energy, creativity, and forward-thinking outlook. From her early steps in communication and acting to her popular digital show Palavra, she embraces growth and positivity in everything she does. In this interview with Dilay Seçkin for The Style Researcher Magazine, Gözde shares her journey, passions, and thoughts on life, family, and the evolving media world.

Let’s go back to past, how did ur story begin ?

I’d call it a manifesto journey. The decision’s made in middle school. One way :)

U graduated from Gazi University’s Faculty of Communication. How did u decide to become an actress ?

While I was originally pursuing a career as a presenter and editor, I started receiving acting offers and decided to take acting classes. And here I’m…

What kind of character’d u most like to act ?

I love the journey to my destination. And every character that goes through that path is mine. But I love period pieces and opposite roles.

What motivates u the most about ur profession ?

U’re amazing :) ‘Look ahead and keep trying to do ur best’ is my life principle.

Do u’ve any other interests that u’re developing other than acting ?

Of course there’s. Aren’t we constantly evolving ? Besides acting, I also create and host a game show on a digital platform. And I believe that 15-second videos’ll change and develop the new world order.

Ur program ‘Palavra’ where u talk to different guests every week on ur YouTube Channel’s very popular. How did the project develop ?

I’ve actually produced many programs. With TV channels’ advertising budgets dwindling and social media becoming a part of our lives, I’ve turned to that direction. I believe we need hope and happiness in this new world. That’s why I want to motivate viewers and offer them hope, even if just a little. ‘Palavra’s just the beginning, I’d say.

U’re a beautiful and fit woman. Do u’ve any specific beauty routines ?

Thank u so much :) I never neglect my skin care routine. I get a monthly treatment and have a regular routine at home, but I think happiness’s the most beautiful thing. And the smile in ur eyes…

Do u do any sports ?

I do yoga twice a week and walk every day.

Do u follow fashion ? How’d u describe ur style ?

I follow trends, but I wear what looks good on me. I don’t wear slippers just because they’re fashionable. I dress according to my body type. I prefer elegant and minimal clothing. Tone-on-tone colors’re my favorite.

Do u use social media actively ?

Yes, it’s my job. But I don’t share every single thing about myself. I also believe in the evil eye.

How did u meet ur husband Ender Gündüzlü ?

I met my husband through my friend. I was very impressed at first sight, and after talking for a bit, I thanked to ALLAH for reminding me that such beautiful people exist…

The best gift of ur happy marriage is ur smart&cute son Arden… How do u spend time together ?

I wake up happy every day because I’ve Arden. We play games, we paint, we go on walks together. I grow bigger every day with Arden.

What do u think about the constant ‘trying to get somewhere’ aspect of city life ? Like lots of people, do u dream of escaping and going somewhere quiet ?

Yes, we get away whenever we can. I love seeing different cultures. We love taking long trips, even if it’s just for two days. Ender and I’re very compatible in this regard; he loves to travel too. We escape the city whenever we’ve time.

What kind of titles form ur philosophy of life ?

If they can do it, we can do better. Keep our energy high, and life’ll surprise us.

My dear, I love ur determination & happiness so much. Never lose ur inner life energy and keep going :) 15-second headlines about being famous really do’ve a huge impact on our lives. No one cares about the truth anymore; it’s all about whether the reality on the outside’s beautiful or not. But what about the inner being and its beauty ? Social media and artificial intelligence’ve taken over us so much that we’ve become intolerant of everything. We’ve stopped reading books, we’ve stopped listening to each other. We can’t even form opinions. We’re impatient with our families, our friends, and our lives. I believe this needs to be addressed correctly. The media’s still the fourth power, actually. We’re so caught up in individual perceptions and quick money-making… We’ve drifted away from the emotions that make us human. Let’s use artificial intelligence and social media to improve ourselves and society. Let’s not miss an entire episode, or a lifetime, for 15-second headlines…
